How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are made to order and will ship in 3-5 business days.

Do you ship international?

At the moment we ship within the United States, Canada, & Puerto Rico.

Can I upgrade shipping?

Currently we only ship USPS first class. Priority shipping will be applied if package exceeds 13 ounces.

What size should I order for my pet?

We offer four tag sizes. As a general guideline we suggest:

Small: 20mm, best for kittens, cats, & tiny dogs. (Please see our small pet ID tag section).

Medium: 25mm, best for large cats, small-medium dogs

Large: 30mm, best for medium-large dogs

Extra Large: 35mm, best for large-giant breed dogs

*Please remember this is a guideline. Some may prefer larger or smaller tags for their particular pet.

What information can be placed on the back of the tag?

For medium, large, & extra large tags we allow up to four lines of text with a max of 18 characters per line. Please remember that the more text you add, the smaller the font may be to fit your information.

For small tags we allow three lines of text with a 15 character max per line.

What sizes are available in collars?

We currently offer three sizes in our pet collars. Small (.59" wide 11"-16.92", Medium (.78" wide 13"-20"), and Large (.98" wide 16"-26"). If you are in-between sizes, round up to the larger size or reach out for the best fit.

What sizes are available in leashes?

We offer two leash sizes. Medium (.78" wide x 59" long) and Large (.98" wide x 59" long).
