Returns & Exchanges

Tags: Engraved tags are made to order just for your pet. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please inspect your tag(s) for any errors upon delivery. If there is an error, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will promptly remake and ship any tags made with an error on our behalf.
 
Collars, Leashes, & Poop Bag Holders: We accept returns or exchanges on dog collars, leashes & poop bag holders within 5 business days of delivery. The item must be in brand new condition, hair free, & unwashed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please email us with your order number and what you would like to return or exchange. Returns will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. If an item is returned in used condition, no refund or exchange will be processed and the item(s) can be mailed back to you at your expense.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. After that, orders are considered "in production" and cannot be cancelled.
